Came on a below zero day and Mike came outside to help, and was helpful on any question that I had. Asked for info emailed and Mike took care of it with no problem. Came back and the event went well, pleased with the vehicle other than it was used and not clean. I understand cleaning can take care of that after I take the truck home. The miles on it are an issue and I agreed to it, we just need to clean it up.

Iowa car Buyer comes back to Pat McGrath Dodge for fourth jeep in a row
Easy to work with Mike. Feel the pricing was pretty fair. Had hoped to bring the tires up to par as part of the purchase, rear tires are poor and have to be replaced, did not match front in age and wear. Dealership option was four tires at cost which was about the same as I can do at any retail outlet. Probably due to sales and maintainance selling price. Disappointing. Other than that, I expect this car to be as good as the other three jeeps I own. This is my 4th purchase from this dealership.

It sounds like the tire issue is handled and it does happen that some tires are less at tire retailers due to sales/incentives and them charging us just like everyone else.
