I went in to look at a specific vehicle. Joshua showed me the vehicle and realized I was not set on purchasing that one. He asked me what I was wanting in a vehicle. I told him what I wanted in a vehicle and he showed me another one that fit the bill. I liked it just as much and it was less expensive. I was sold. When passed off to the finance manager, Tim Dea, he worked hard for me to get me the best deal he could with financing and surpassed my expectations. Way to go guys!

I went to Pat McGrath Dodge looking for an inexpensive car for myself, as my old one had broken down. The sales staff there were very helpful in helping me narrow down what I am looking for, and did not pressure me to do anything when I told them I could not purchase that day. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from a family member, but the great experience I had at McGrath will certainly stick in my mind, and next time I am in the market, or if I hear of anyone else looking to buy a car, I will make sure McGrath Dodge Country gets my full attention.

I am very happy with my buying experience at McGrath Dodge Country in Cedar Rapids and would recommend giving them a shot to anyone in the market for a new car. Joshua Froiland and Tim Dea were very helpful and made the process very simple and unstressful. I initially contacted Joshua via email about my interest in a particular Jeep and he got back to me very quickly and responded to all of my follow up questions right away. He even located the exact model that I wanted and had it delivered to the dealership the next day.I received a thank you basket as well as follow up emails and phone calls to make sure I was completely satisfied and if I had any questions after the sell which was very thoughtful.

My husband and I decided it was time to trade in our van and I was looking for a reliable vehicle. We test drove various cars to narrow down my choice. My heart was on a Dodge Charge until I found out they were RWD then it was back to the drawing board! After a lot of research I decided I wanted a Malibu MAXX. We searched a lot of lots on Sundays but I found the exact car that I wanted at McGraths. I emailed them first thing Monday and Josh replied. It was a cold day in Iowa (go figure!) and Josh brought the car into the Service Bay so I could look it over in comfort. I drove it and the love affair started! Josh and Tim Dea were awesome to work with and Tim was even able to find a loan at a lower rate than we initially were going to have! I have purchased a few vehicles but never got exactly what I wanted. This time, I did and I got with fantastic c/s also! The followup calls, email and Thank You Basket was a wonderful touch! Since I have worked in customer service for over 20 years, it is something that I notice and greatly appreciate! I would recommend McGraths as a great place to go and highly recommend Josh as the go-to salesperson.

Overall I thought that they did a good job. There was a small issue with the price that they quoted me compared to what it was when we got there, but overall very generous and courteous.
