The overall experience was great.  I looked the car up on the internet and was able to come and look at it the next day.  I came and was able to test drive it right away then wanted a little bit more time and was able to take the car for about an hour to make sure its what I wanted.  They were very reasonable with the pricing and was glad I came here.

I was referred by another customer to talk to Justin when I told him I was interested in getting a truck.  I spoke with Justin on the phone and he was informed and helpful.  I stopped by the lot to talk with Justin, unannounced, and wanted to discuss the details on the Ram 1500 Laramie and he again was able to answer my questions.  I came to the dealer with a number in my head of what I would like the vehicle to be at once we got my trade value and I don't know if was just good fortune, without any hassles, wheeling and dealing, back and forth with the sales manager (Johnny) they almost immediately hit the number.  After a little more negotiation we were able to come to a agreed price and I didn't need to go back and forth with the dealship, which is terrific as I don't like having my time wasted.  Justin is a true asset to the dealership as he's knowledgeable and wasn't interested in games.  When the time comes I hope I can deal with him again and will certainly convey my great experience today with Justin, Johnny and the staff at Pat McGrath Dodge Country.  As a customer, all I can hope is that I got a great deal, and I think Justin helped me do that.

Mike was considerate and very helpful.  I had the sense he wasn't giving me any baloney, and I know that you are entitled to a profit, because that is why you are here, but not to gouge people.  He was able to negotiate a price I would be willing to meet, at least at this point in the process.  I like Pontiacs and am glad to have this classic convertible.  I am sorry for their discontinuation and feel this will be a collectors item, so I plan to garage it and only use it on special occasions.  My girlfriend bought a Vibe here in 2002 and it was totally destroyed up on the Collins road overpass near this dealership, but she was safe in it.  I like this dealership.

Came on a below zero day and Mike came outside to help, and was helpful on any question that I had. Asked for info emailed and Mike took care of it with no problem. Came back and the event went well, pleased with the vehicle other than it was used and not clean. I understand cleaning can take care of that after I take the truck home. The miles on it are an issue and I agreed to it, we just need to clean it up.
