We actually met Jordan when we were on the lot when the shop was closed.  He was there to drop off his own car for service, saw us examining the vehicles, and asked if he could be of assistance.  We were glad he was available to help us make a purchase decision.  When we told him we were in a hurry and didn't want our time wasted, he was very conscientious about getting through the hurdles in as timely a manner as he was able.
